Meet the Staff

Bill Scott is our President and founder of Xtreme Youth Alliance.  Bill Scott has been involved in Christian radio and youth ministry since 1982.  Bill Scott started Xtreme Talk Live heard across the country and is also heard on Sound of Light from time to time heard each Saturday night across the country.  Bill Scott has spoken and traveled around the world encouraging teenagers and bringing them the hope they are seeking.  Check out Bill's blog

Jack Eason is our our Vice President of Strategic Development for Xtreme Youth Alliance and Sound of Light.  Many of you have heard Jack on Sound of Light over the last decade and of course many have seen Jack over the years in concert. Jack has been around the block more than a few times.  Having been leading worship and performing concerts for over 10 years, he's seen a lot.  Jack is a great fit for what is happening at Xtreme Youth Alliance!   Read Jack's blog.

Janet is our Executive Director at Xtreme Youth Alliance.  Janet is in charge of a portion of our online ministry, the mentorship program, volunteers and what happens behind the scenes. (Just keeping Bill and Jack in line is a full time job in itself! LOL) If you call our office you'll talk with Janet at some point. Janet is orginally from the small town of Bellaire, Michigan and has relocated in Nashville TN.  Check out Janets blog.

Kyle is our Youth Director at Xtreme.  Kyle heads up Student Hopeline and our follow up department.  Kyle came from Jacksonville Florida to join the Xtreme team.
